The Success Model: A Practical Guide to Reaching Your Potential

Success is all about generating momentum to move things forward and create change long term. It’s not a foot race, but sometimes you may be running. It’s a long road with lots of pitfalls, mishaps, frustrations and surprising, It’s like life but in this case, you don’t just wait for things to happen, you have an intention or ideally where you’d like to end up. We call this your best life.

Here’s how you do it.

STAGE 1 – Contemplation moving to action

Step 1: Vision (You Imagine Something)

Everything starts with **Vision**. If you don’t know where you’re going, how are you supposed to get there? Vision is about seeing possibilities for yourself—where you want to be, what you want to accomplish. Think of it as your mental GPS. Without a clear vision, it’s easy to feel lost or scattered. So, before you start anything, take some time to define your vision. What do you want out of life? The clearer you are, the easier the next steps become. Vision can also be a internal desire to just feel diffferntly, to have less pain or suffering in your life or be finacially free. The clearly your long-term vision is on how to do that, the easier it is to get there. It’s your GPS really.

Step 2: Intention (You Want Something)

Now that you’ve got your drive going, you need to add **Intention** into the mix. Intention is about being deliberate in your actions. It’s not just about wanting something—it’s about making the conscious decision to move in the direction of your goals. When you act with intention, you align your energy with what matters most, ensuring you don’t get distracted by the noise around you. This step keeps you focused and on track.

Step 3: Drive (You’re Primed to do Something)

Your motivated. Drive is what builds the internal energy necessary to act. Created by your vision, drive is like starting an engine—it’s that sense of readiness, the buildup of potential energy that prepares you for what’s ahead. At this stage, you’re not moving yet, but everything inside is revving up, getting ready for action. Drive moving itself—it’s the force that powers you forward. Just like an engine at idle, drive is the readiness, the motivation that’s gathering strength, waiting for the moment when you’ll step on the gas. Without drive, nothing happens. It’s what ensures you’re prepared to make things happen when the time comes.

Step 4: Commencement (You do something!)

**Action** is where the magic happens. Ideas, plans, and visions are great, but they don’t mean much unless you actually do something. This is where you start taking those first steps—no matter how small—toward your goals. And the more you act, the more momentum you build. Action is what brings your vision into the real world. Don’t wait for the perfect moment; just start.

STAGE 2 – Production Mode

Step 5: Flow (You keep going!) (Momeum) (Change occurs here)

Once you start taking action, you might find yourself getting into a state of **Flow**. Flow is when you’re completely absorbed in what you’re doing, and it feels effortless. It’s that zone where time flies by, and you’re at your most productive. Flow is one of the best feelings you can experience because it’s a sign that everything is clicking. This is where you can really see progress happening. If you can create an environment that encourages flow, you’ll find yourself reaching new levels of performance.

Step 6: Resilience – Roads blocks and shit through your off.

But let’s be real: not everything goes smoothly. That’s where **Resilience** comes in. Resilience is your ability to bounce back when things don’t go as planned—because challenges are a part of the process. When you hit a setback, resilience helps you stay in the game. It’s about learning to adapt, handle stress, and keep pushing forward, even when it feels like everything is working against you. Building resilience is one of the most important skills for long-term success.

STAGE 3 – Results Mode

Step 7: Trust which not exactly a step in itslelf, it’s out takign breaths pausing and assumming thing wil move in tyoru favour

**Trust** is crucial in this journey. Trust is not just about hoping things will magically work out—it’s about believing that, by taking the right steps, things will come together. This trust gives you the optimism and confidence you need to keep going, but it’s important to not trust blindly. Trust that the process works, but stay smart and aware of what’s happening around you.

Step 8: Adjustment – you readjust, rethink, React or keep going.

Along the way, you’ll need to make **Adjustments**. Success is rarely a straight line, and being flexible is key. Adjustment is about being open to change and tweaking your approach as new challenges or opportunities arise. This step keeps you adaptable and ensures you’re always moving toward your goals, even if the path changes along the way. Be Free.

STAGE 4

Step 9: Change occurs – Impact

With adjustment comes **Change**. Change is the result of all your efforts up to this point—it’s the moment when you see real transformation. Change isn’t just about hitting a milestone; it’s about growing as a person, learning new skills, and adapting to new realities. This is where the real rewards of your hard work start to show up.

STAGE 5

Step 10: Continuation. Persistence

Finally, we come to **Persistence**. Success is great, but maintaining it is just as important. Persistence is the ability to keep going long-term. It’s fueled by determination. If determination is the grit of you mind saying, I won’t stop. Persistance is continue doing that task unless it’s successfully completed. This is why your vision is so important,
