Change Model: Steps to Success
STAGE 1

Drive leads to Intention. The possibily of action, getting starting and moving forward. With motivation comes the need for focused effort. Intention ensures that your actions are deliberate and purposeful, aligned with your goals.
Step 4: Commencement
Any task or goal needs to move to that task or goal, or it leads to frutration of burnout. ntention gives rise to Action. This is where plans turn into reality. Commencnt is action, getting moving, getting going, Building the momentum to get you into. Action is the execution of your intentions, moving you closer to your vision.
STAGE 2
Step 6: Flow

Trust is key to staying motivated. It’s the belief that the process will yield the results you aim for. Trust requires confidence in your abilities, the process, and the world around you, without being overly naïve.

After encountering Resilience or entering Flow, Adjustment allows you to pivot as needed. Being adaptable and flexible helps ensure that you stay on the right track toward success.

Step 9: Change
Adjustment leads to Change. This is where you adapt and evolve, reaping the benefits of your efforts and learning. Change represents the growth that comes from facing challenges and adapting to new circumstances.

Step 10: Persistence
After Change occurs, Persistence is repeating the processs everyday until you reach your goal. keeps the process moving forward. It’s the ability to maintain momentum, ensuring continuous progress even after transformation. Persistence asks, “What about tomorrow?” and makes sure that success is sustainable in the long run.
